Starfire's Canine Care Line Pet Brush and Comb Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
Starfire's Canine Care Line ("Starfire") provides this warranty for all pet brushes and combs ("Products") sold under our brand.
Duration:
- The warranty period extends for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What is Covered:
- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Products that have been improperly used, abused, altered, or repaired by anyone other than authorized personnel of Starfire.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and loss of finish.
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, non-Starfire modifications, or use in conjunction with unauthorized accessories.
Warranty Claims
Process:
- To submit a warranty claim, contact Starfire's customer service with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- Starfire will review the claim and, if approved, will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the product back to Starfire.
- Starfire will cover the shipping costs of sending the repaired or replaced item back to the customer.
Exclusions and Limitations
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
- Starfire's liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product and does not cover any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
